MELNIK
Red dry wine maded from selected  Melnik 55 grapes. Maceration 25 days. Fermentation in inox at a temperature of 25-30°C. Aging 12 months in French oak barrels type "Barric".
 
Deep ruby red color, with luster. Specific, rich and concentrated aroma, dominated by ripe black cherries, pitted cherries and blue plums, overflowing with spices.
 
The taste is very soft, attractive, fruity and spicy. The velvety and voluminous body is accentuated by elegant vanilla-chocolate tones at the finish.
SYRAH
The Syrah wine is a special selection with limited yield and precise cultivation. Maceration 30 days. Fermentation in stainless steel at 25-30 ° C.
 
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine color is beautiful, dark ruby. The aroma is attractive and multi-layered. The scents of black berries, blackberries, plums and ripe black mulberries are complemented by tones of chocolate, coffee and spices.
 
These aromas dominate the taste as well. The body is full, the tannins are soft and velvety, the taste is fruity and caressing, and the aftertaste is long and unforgettable.

The Early Melnik Vine variety was created in 1963. It is vinified by technology fully consistent with the characteristics and features of the variety.

La Poesie

ROSE
Aromatic and elegant classic Rose. It is made from the juice of selected and well-ripened grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah varieties. 
 
The fermentation was performed separately for the two varieties in stainless steel for 30 days at a temperature of 14-16 ° C. Beautiful pale pink color, with shades of ripe peach. It has a delicate, subtle, rich and attractive aroma of wild strawberries and white cherries with accents of violets and white flowers.
 
Fruit flavor, with an attractive light sweetness of ripe fruit. Long finish with aggressive but soft and gentle aftertaste.
CHARDONNAY
White dry wine. Fermentation in inox for 45 days at a temperature of 12-14° C.
 
Aging in French oak barrels type "Barric" 3 months. Straw yellow with nuances of old gold. Aroma of citrus, exotic fruits, honey, vanilla, notes of ripe peach.

CHARDONNAY
White dry wine made from selected grapes. The fermentation is in French barrels type "Barric" at a controlled temperature of 16-20 ° C.

CUVEE
Cuvee wine is a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.  Fermentation at 25-30° C in inox vessels.
 
Aging in French barrels type "Barrique" 12 months. Maturation in a bottle before realization 6 months. The color is saturated, dark ruby with luster.
 
The aroma includes blueberries, raisins, ripe blackberries and red berries, tones of chocolate and vanilla and spicy tones of pepper and blueberry leaves. The taste is multi layered, voluminous, velvety, ripe sweetness, fruity and juicy with a long chocolate-vanilla aftertaste.

SINTI
Red dry wine, created from the varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Melnik 55. Immediately after fermentation, the wines are blended and the blend is aged for 2 months in oak barrels to achieve completeness and harmony.
 
The wine has an intense ruby red color. The aroma is dominated by red berries, blueberries, blackberries, prunes, chocolate, vanilla and spices. Rich aroma, fruitiness, softness, juicy taste, soft and full body, good length and pleasant aftertaste.
RESERVE
The wine is a combination of 4 classic red grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. Maceration 25-30 days. Fermentation in Inox at a temperature of 25 - 30°C . Maturation in French barrels 1 year. Maturation in a bottle before sale 6 months. The wine has a rich dark ruby color with luster.
